Communication
Clear English communication is required. Mandarin or Cantonese is highly valued for families who prefer Chinese communication.
Safety and respect
Follow participant goals, privacy, dignity, professional boundaries, safe work practices and NDIS Code of Conduct expectations.
Checks and readiness
Relevant worker screening, police check, first aid, CPR, driver licence, reliable transport and work rights may be requested during onboarding.
